NetDelivery for C/S and 6.0 (NetDelivery C/S) enables organizations to simply and securely distribute reports and/or data generated from the MEDITECH client/server system to those who need the information in the most beneficial format to the end users, including fax, print stream, encrypted file or email.

Because it enables the secure delivery and exchange of key clinical data, NetDelivery helps comply with HIPAA regulations and assists with establishing “Meaningful Use” of electronic health information, as required by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

Flexible Report Delivery

The NetDelivery C/S combines the capabilities of NetDelivery, Distribution Wizard, and Desktop Fax into one simple and flexible product designed for MEDITECH C/S and MEDITECH 6.0 systems. This product allows you perform a number of functions:

• Securely distribute reports and/or data from your organization’s information system via fax, encrypted print stream, encrypted file or email. Using a sophisticated user and security concept, the Report Dispenser allows you to define (by user/location) whether to send the data as a fax, a file, an email, or a print out.
• Collate and direct reports generated by the MEDITECH system to the proper recipients based on user-defined rules using data extracted from the reports. Automatic update routine feeds recipient information from MEDITECH MIS (single or multiple).
• Allows unlimited faxing from PC-based applications (C/S demand Fax). Support for inbound fax routing using Direct Dial Numbers (DDI, MSN), Caller Identification (CSID) or Line Routing to route incoming faxes directly to a department or user.

• Reports printed in batches can be collated based on user-defined rules to save your staff time from having to determine which reports go to which person. User aliases can be defined to ensure eports are correctly sent to the recipient. One copy of the report can be sent to multiple recipients to improve the efficiency of the system.
• Recipients, destinations, and filenames can be extracted from reports to increase the accuracy of who gets what report and improve security and efficiency by sending information to the right person on time.
• User connections to the reports are validated and reports are encrypted prior to delivery via the Internet using 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure HIPAA-compliant report delivery.
